We have Phalcon Developer Job openings for a Phalcon Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Phalcon PHP framework. You will work closely with the development team to create efficient and scalable web solutions that meet the project’s requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop web applications and websites using the Phalcon PHP framework, ensuring high performance and security.
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Design and implement database schemas, interact with databases using Phalcon’s ORM (Object-Relational Mapping), and optimize database queries for performance.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user interfaces seamlessly with back-end functionality.
- Conduct unit testing, identify and resolve bugs, and perform debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of the application.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the application for speed, scalability, and efficiency.
- Implement security measures to protect against common web vulnerabilities, such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and CSRF attacks.
- Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code repositories and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Create technical documentation, including code comments, project documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality web applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Phalcon Developer or PHP developer with a strong willingness to learn Phalcon.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL or other relational databases, and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture and Phalcon’s MVC framework.
- Experience with RESTful API development and consumption.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of web security best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) is a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
